1. Order Processing & Same-Day Shipping

Orders that are paid and confirmed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on business days, excluding weekends and Canadian statutory holidays, are processed and shipped the same business day.

Orders placed after the daily cutoff, on weekends, or on statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.

While we make every effort to meet same-day dispatch timelines, occasional delays may occur during promotional periods, peak shipping volume, payment verification, or unforeseen operational circumstances.

2. Shipping Method & Rates

CANADA

We proudly ship Canada-wide using both Purolator Express and Canada Post Xpresspost™, selected for its speed, reliability, and secure tracking capabilities.

USA

All USA orders are shipped with either FEDEX Ground, FEDEX International, or USPS/Canada Post.

EUROPE

We ship to most European countries via tracked international courier (typically DHL Express, FedEx International, or partner postal services). Duties, VAT, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping rate. Delivery usually takes 5–12 business days depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

AUSTRALIA

Orders to Australia are shipped via tracked international courier (typically DHL Express, FedEx International, or Australia Post partners). Customs duties and GST (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient. Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days, subject to customs processing times.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE Canada-wide shipping on qualifying orders over $250 CAD with Canada Post. And FREE Canada-wide shipping on qualifying orders over $300 CAD with Purolator Express.

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when eligible.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive shipment confirmation and tracking details via email.

Please allow a short period for tracking systems to update after dispatch.

Tracking information should be monitored directly through the carrier.

5. Risk of Loss, Delivery Responsibility & Shipping Claims

Risk of loss and ownership transfer to the customer once the shipment has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

While NextEdge Peptides will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with legitimate shipping concerns where possible, we are not responsible for delays, service interruptions, or delivery failures caused by the shipping carrier once the order has been dispatched.

Carrier tracking confirmation shall be considered proof of shipment and delivery status.

If a shipment is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers must notify us within 5 calendar days of the recorded delivery date so the matter can be reviewed where appropriate.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring all shipping and billing information entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

NextEdge Peptides is not responsible for failed deliveries, delays, returned shipments, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete customer-provided shipping information.

If a package is returned due to address issues, refusal of delivery, or failed delivery attempts, additional re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Product Handling & Storage Upon Delivery

Due to the specialized nature of our products, customers are responsible for promptly receiving, inspecting, and properly storing all products immediately upon delivery in accordance with applicable storage recommendations.

NextEdge Peptides cannot be responsible for product degradation, mishandling, or storage-related issues after successful delivery has occurred.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders are processed quickly, modifications may not always be possible once an order has been placed.

This includes:

  • Shipping address changes
  • Shipping method changes
  • Product substitutions
  • Order cancellations after dispatch

If an urgent correction is required, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
